Effective the first day of Winter quarter, all Apple MacBook laptop computers loaned by STLP will be updated as follows: OS Updates: All laptops will be updated to the latest version of macOS (Sequoia). Login Procedures: Instead of utilizing a generic username and password as in the past, students will now be prompted by a macOS setup screen to enter their own unique username and password. Due to limited availability of select equipment types at all three STLP office locations, online reservations for these items have been turned off to prevent overbooking. If you are unable to reserve an item online, please text 206-685-6090 to check availability. When available, these items may be checked out in-person on a first-come, first-served basis (advance reservations are not accepted).

STLP office locations are open weekdays between Wednesday, September 25th and Friday, December 13th during the autumn academic quarter. STLP is closed weekends and UW holidays including Monday, November 11, Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th.
