Students who have a need for short-term equipment loans are encouraged to visit the new STLP office location in Odegaard Library (OUGL). Located at the Information Desk on the second floor, the OUGL office location is open between the hours of 12 p.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Due to limited availability of select equipment types at all three STLP office locations, online reservations for these items have been turned off to prevent overbooking. If you are unable to reserve an item online, please text 206-685-6090 to check availability. When available, these items may be checked out in-person on a first-come, first-served basis (advance reservations are not accepted).

During the autumn academic quarter, STLP office locations are open weekdays between Wednesday, September 24 and Friday, December 12. All STLP locations are closed on weekends and holidays (including November 11 and November 27-28). STLP is now accepting online equipment reservations for autumn quarter.
