STLP has three office locations serving the University of Washington in Seattle. All offices are closed on weekends, UW holidays, and during quarterly break periods. Please check the Announcements page for operations changes as they occur.

Health Sciences (HSI)
8-Minute Walk from Red Square
The HSI office is located in Room 146 on the first floor of the I-Wing (inside The Rotunda). The north entrance of the I-Wing faces the south side of the Health Sciences Education Building. Tap your Husky Card on the card reader in front of the automatic, sliding doors for building access.
Access Guide: Use Stop 71 for Dial-A-Ride. Use K-Wing assisted entrance (facing NE Columbia Road) and take elevator at bottom of ramp from basement to first floor.
Husky Union (HUB)
3-Minute Walk from Red Square
The HUB office is located in Room 111D on the first floor (inside the Student Organization Resource Center). The entrance to the Student Organization Resource Center is on the left when facing the HUB Information Desk.
Access Guide: Use Stop 28 for Dial-A-Ride. Use north assisted entrance (facing N22 parking lot).
Kane (KNE)
1-Minute Walk from Red Square
The KNE office is located in Room 035 on the basement level (inside Academic Technologies). The entrance to the basement is on the east side of the building (facing Suzzallo Library). Building elevators may also be used to access the basement. Tap your Husky Card on the card reader of the double-doors for building access.
Access Guide: Use Stop 17 for Dial-A-Ride. Use east assisted entrance (facing Suzzallo Library) and take elevator from first floor to basement.
Odegaard (OUG)
1-Minute Walk from Red Square
The OUG office is located in Room 200D on the second floor (at the OUG Information Desk). Tap your Husky Card on the card reader in front of the double-doors for building access.
Access Guide: Use Stop 106 for Dial-A-Ride. Use south assisted entrance (facing Meany Hall) and take elevator from ground floor to first floor. Transfer elevators and take elevator from first floor to second floor.
Unanticipated Closures
During instances where UW has suspended operations (due to inclement weather, etc.), STLP office locations will remain closed. Equipment due to be returned while operations have been suspended will not be counted as late.
Equipment checkout and return activities will resume once UW has returned to normal operations. Equipment that would have been checked out during suspended operations will be adjusted to the next business day under normal operations; however, the return date will not be equally extended.

During other times when STLP office locations experience an unanticipated closure or modified hours, an announcement will be posted to the website. Please check the homepage for announcements and closures as they occur. Additional consideration will be given, on a case-by-case basis, to students attempting to checkout or return equipment during these periods.
